Diagnostics for every conversion
Each report lists font substitutions, fallbacks and warnings with page numbers, so your system can decide automatically whether to accept the output.
You control the data
Cloud files are deleted automatically after 7 days, or whenever you choose. For stricter requirements, run the on-prem SDK inside your own network.

Upload
POST /v1/conversions with a .docx file and choose strict or preview mode. You get a job ID immediately.

Poll GET /v1/conversions/{id} until the status is succeeded. Rejected or failed jobs include the reason and diagnostics.

Fetch the PDF from GET /v1/conversions/{id}/pdf and the report from /report. Only successfully produced pages are billed.

How does billing work? Am I charged for failures?
Successful output pages are deducted from your prepaid page packs. Rejected, failed and cancelled conversions are never billed. Page packs are valid for one year from purchase.
How does it compare to Office or LibreOffice?
We calibrate against Word's actual layout, with dedicated handling for the usual trouble spots — CJK typography, table pagination, headers and footers. No Office installation or licensing on your servers.
What's the difference between strict and preview mode?
Strict mode rejects a document whenever correct rendering can't be guaranteed, and tells you why — ideal for contracts and official documents. Preview mode always tries to produce output and flags fallbacks in the diagnostics report.
How long are uploaded files kept?
Source files are deleted as soon as conversion finishes. PDFs and reports are kept for 7 days for download, then purged automatically. You can delete them anytime from the dashboard or API.
How is the on-prem SDK licensed?
The SDK uses a signed offline license file verified locally with an Ed25519 public key — no phone-home required. Licenses are per server and include all updates during the term.
Which formats are supported?
.docx today, with experimental support for legacy .doc. Excel and PowerPoint are in development; existing customers will be the first to know.
Do you support invoices and bank transfer?
Yes. Customers in China can pay with Alipay and international customers by card. For bank transfer or invoices, contact sales.
